This 6 week course will change from week to week in its style. We want to help our Pole students gain strength and mobility so that their Pole Skills grow faster, and their moves become cleaner and more efficient. Some weeks we may do on the pole conditioning, some weeks may be more boot camp style, and some weeks may be weights.... or a combination of all of the above. 

 People watch professional Pole Dancers and they make it look so easy! But that is hours of training and practice... and taking one class a week just won't get you there by itself. So join us to train pole specific moves and muscles groups so that you can improve as a dancer more quickly.
