This class has a specific goal in mind - to help our Pole students gain strength and mobility so that their Pole Skills grow faster, and their moves become cleaner and more efficient. People watch professional Pole Dancers and they make it look so easy! But that is hours of training and practice... and taking one class a week just won't get you there by itself. So join us to train pole specific moves and muscles groups so that you can improve as a dancer more quickly.
