Barre is a high intensity and energetic workout that fuses techniques from Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga.

Designed to tone, define and chisel the whole body, it is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

This is an intense class, you can expect your legs to shake, your butt cheeks to quiver and your abs to say 'hell no'! Also your arms will complain loudly (we have heard them!!).   Please come prepared with a water bottle, a nourished body (we recommend a snack or meal an hour before hand), and a sweat towel! 

This is a bare foot class (or yoga socks with the grips on). 

Please arrive 5-10mins before class starts. We can take up to 12 people in each class, so once the class is full we are not able to take any more people.
