Our Silver Membership is designed for students who want to train consistently twice per week in their chosen classes.
When you register for an 8-week session, you will select the two weekly classes you wish to attend for that session. Your place — and your pole — is reserved for you in those classes for the full 8 weeks. In return, you are committing to those class times for the duration of the session.
We know that life happens! If you need to miss one of your regular classes, your membership gives you the flexibility to attend an eligible make-up class at your current level or below, subject to availability.
Your membership is not a drop-in pass and does not allow you to move freely between classes from week to week. Your two selected classes remain your regular weekly bookings throughout the 8-week session.
Choose two regular weekly classes when registering for each 8-week session.
Once booked, your spot and pole are reserved for you in those classes for the full session. This provides consistency for you, your instructor and your classmates, while ensuring you have a guaranteed place in your chosen classes.
Can't make one of your regular classes? As a member, you have the flexibility to make up that missed class in another eligible pole class at your current level or below, provided there is space available.
For example, if you are currently attending Level 3, you may be able to make up a missed class in Level 1, Level 2, PoleGa, Strength & Conditioning, or another eligible class.
Make-up classes are intended to replace a missed regular class and do not change your two regular weekly bookings.
Your membership includes unlimited access to scheduled Open Pole Practice sessions.
We aim to provide a minimum of 3 hours of Open Pole Practice each week, with additional sessions often available depending on studio availability.
Enjoy access to our online library of pole, conditioning and flexibility training videos to complement your in-studio training.
Your Silver Membership is an ongoing membership operating in 28-day billing cycles.
You choose your membership start date. Your first payment of $101 + tax will be processed on that date, with payments automatically processed every 14 days thereafter using your chosen payment method.
Your membership will continue automatically until you provide written notice to cancel.
There is no long-term contract, however we require 28 days' written notice to cancel your membership.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected].
Any scheduled membership payments that fall within your 28-day cancellation notice period will still be processed. Your membership and class access will remain active for the corresponding paid membership period.
Please consider the 28-day cancellation period before purchasing. By purchasing this membership, you agree to provide the full 28 days' written notice to cancel.
A $5 NSF fee will apply to declined or missed membership payments.
Our regular pole programming runs in 8-week sessions.
When registering for an 8-week session, Silver Members select two regular weekly classes. By booking those classes, you are committing to those class times for the duration of the session.
We reserve your place and your pole specifically for you. This means another student cannot book that spot while it is being held for you.
For this reason, your membership should not be treated as a flexible drop-in pass. You cannot routinely move between different classes from week to week.
If you need to miss a class occasionally, you can use our member make-up policy outlined below.
We understand that work, family, illness and life sometimes mean you can't attend your regular class.
As a Silver Member, if you miss one of your regular classes, you may attend an eligible make-up class at your current level or below, subject to availability.
Make-up classes:
Your original place remains reserved for you in your regular class throughout the 8-week session.
Your Silver Membership provides the equivalent of 8 classes every 28 days — two classes per week.
These classes are attached to your regular weekly bookings rather than operating as unrestricted drop-in credits.
Unused classes do not roll over or accumulate into future terms.
Memberships and class credits are for the registered member only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
It is the member's responsibility to attend their regular classes or arrange eligible make-up classes where available.
Membership payments, pole courses, classes and workshops are non-refundable once purchased.
In exceptional circumstances, and with at least 48 hours' notice before the applicable course or program begins, management may approve a class or course credit to be transferred to general studio credit.
Any such transfer is at the discretion of Bliss Be Fit.
We make every effort to maintain a consistent and reliable class schedule. However, instructors, class times and class offerings may occasionally need to change.
Bliss Be Fit reserves the right to add, cancel, substitute or modify classes when necessary due to instructor availability, studio requirements, holidays, enrolment, facility issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
When changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate them to affected students through our usual communication channels.
Membership does not guarantee that a particular class, instructor or time slot will remain available indefinitely.
