This mixed level class will help build your strength and confidence in your chosen level. We keep the class sizes smaller so we can give you more time individually to build your strength and confidence. Each class will contain strength training at the beginning, new Pole tricks and moves each week, combined with some dance moves and a short, fun routine to learn at the end.
The 6 weeks will challenge you and help you grow in strength and confidence.
You book for the same day and time each week for 6 weeks. When you purchase your pass you will also get access to our online content library of strength and flexibility classes so you can train from home, PLUS up to 3 hours a week of Pole Practice - where the studio is made available to you to train outside of class time.
