Level Two Pole Dancing
Ready to level up? If you’ve mastered your Level 1 spins and moves, it’s time to take it to the next level! In this course, you’ll learn how to climb the pole, sit comfortably (yes, really!), invert, and hang off the pole using just an arm or a leg. Plus, you’ll tackle new Level 2 spins, dance moves, and work on a fun routine that builds week by week.

Each class is designed to push you physically—we’ll focus on one challenging move and one that’s a bit easier to help you build strength and endurance. This course is perfect for boosting your upper body strength and will empower you to achieve moves you never thought possible!
We’ll primarily focus on static pole, with a touch of spinning pole to spice things up. The goal is to master each move on static first, so you can confidently link them together when you switch to spin.

You’ll attend the same day and time each week for 8 weeks. If you miss a class, no worries—you can make it up in another session at the same level, or join a Pole Yoga or Pole Strength and Conditioning class.

Plus, enjoy 1 hour of FREE Pole Practice each week, where the studio is open for you to train outside of class.

Please note, all class credits must be used within the 8-week course period. Missed classes cannot be made up once the course is complete.

Cancellation and refund policy:
1. We are not able to give refunds for courses/classes purchased, this is final.

2. Should you not be able to attend a course for medical reasons, we are able to transfer the class to a 'general credit' that can be used on other classes, or transferred to another student, at the discretion of management. 48 hours notice is required for this (48 hours before the start of the first class).

3. Should you not be able to attend a course for non-medical reasons, then we require 5 days notice (5 full days before the start of the first class) in order to issue a credit, which can then be used on any classes in studio or transferred to another student.
