Heels & Pole Choreo - Intermediate - Mond 6.45pm Sept/Oct

Taught by Robyn Sellin
September 7, 2026 - October 26, 2026

Heels & Pole Choreo (Intermediate) is for students who are ready to deepen their confidence, flow, and sensual expression in heels. This level builds on the foundations learned in Beginner, with more complex choreography, smoother transitions, and a stronger focus on musicality and embodiment.

Classes move at a faster pace and assume confidence dancing in heels around the pole. You’ll continue refining hip articulation, fluid transitions, spins in heels, grounded floorwork, and full-body movement, while learning how to connect choreography seamlessly and move with intention and presence.

This level invites you to drop further into the music, explore layers of sensuality, and trust your body’s natural rhythm. Choreography is taught every session, with an emphasis on control, flow, and performance quality — not just learning steps, but how you move them.

Bliss Be Fit alternates between two sets of choreography, so students who repeat the Beginner level (or repeat Intermediate in future terms) gain deeper experience with foundational movements while still enjoying fresh music and routines. Repeating Beginner before moving into Intermediate is strongly encouraged to build confidence and consistency in heels.
