Join Nicole for an hour to help you close your day peacefully. This class will be a slow flow yoga class, transitioning smoothly from one pose into another, enjoying the benefits of each and every pose. Finishing with a gentle massage.....just a beautiful calm way to end your day mid week. 
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or big sweater for the shavasana at the end, and any props you may want to use. We do have yoga blocks and straps in studio.
