I this 4 week series we will start every 1 hour class with some light stretching and movement. After that, we move into body isolations and a bit of booty building strength training to some great music.
We will learn and build on some simple choreography in each class. At the last session, we will take some video (for those who would like to participate) and fine tune our dance moves.
What to wear; whatever you want! If you’re feeling sassy, go ahead and wear some cheeky shorts. Please be sure to check in with us about knee pads.
No judgments In this class and all beautiful bodies are welcomed and celebrated. Knee pads are recommended but not mandatory.
