Functional Strength and Mobility Training for Pole Dancers. 

This 2 hour workshop will focus on shoulder, elbow and wrist strength and mobility. Gain an understanding of where your strengths and weaknesses in these joints lay, and learn techniques to build up their mobility and strength so you can Pole pain free for a long time. Instructor is Danny from Anyone Fit.

This class has a Gymnastics foundation. It focuses on increasing Functional Strength in joints. This means we work in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance your everyday activities, making all movements easier to perform - such as inverting on a pole, spinning and more. 

This form of exercise is open to anyone of any fitness level, and non pole students too. Danny will be placing a special focus on increasing strength and mobility in wrist, elbows and shoulders particularly for Polers, but non polers can absolutely benefit as well - . This is aimed at anyone looking to improve their strength and range of motion in these body parts.
