Welcome to Pole Fusion, where we blend the electrifying dynamics of spinning and static pole techniques with the fierce power of heel-clad movement. In this class you can expect a fusion of strength and grace as we delve into power moves, mastering the art of both spinning and static pole moves. From Foundational techniques to intricate combos and mesmerizing choreography, this session is designed to ignite your imagination to see what is really possible when it comes to pole dancing. 

We will be working on foundational moves in heels that will sometimes be static, sometimes spinning, sometimes flowly and smooth, sometimes hard hitting and dynamic. 

Requirements:
MUST have completed at least Pole Level 1 (we will sometimes be sitting on the pole) and Exotic Level 1 (the expectation will be that you can forward and backward shoulder roll already). 

Join us on a journey of celebration of strength, sensuality and sheer exhilaration.
