Join us every Monday in May (except May Long weekend) at 7pm for our newest addition to the dance fitness schedule ! Capture your feminine energy with this weekly choreography class. 

Sarah will take you through a complete warmup from head to toe and breakdown body movements and isolations.   After moving through some spin techniques, we can get to the choreography ! You can expect a new routine every week, so no need to worry about missing any classes. Haven't tried Bachata before? All levels are welcome, and heels are optional, smooth bottomed runners if you don't want to wear heels.   If you’ve done any form of dance fitness in the past, this should be an easy transition for you.

This is being treated like our other Dance Fitness classes (Zumba, Pound etc) - so booking in is essential, and there is a 2 hour cancellation policy. You can use a membership or dance fitness credits to attend.
