Instructor-Led Pole Practice
Ever come to practice and end up scrolling your phone, skipping your warm-up, or just drilling your favorite side? We've been there—and that’s exactly why we created Instructor-Led Pole Practice.
This is a guided session designed to keep you focused, safe, and progressing. We’ll start with a group warm-up and some targeted strength work, then you’ll have the freedom to work on your own goals—whether that’s mastering a new trick, building combos, or refining your flow. Throughout the session, your instructor is there to offer spotting, technical tips, motivation, and support.
We all learn differently—sometimes it just clicks when the right person explains it. That’s why we rotate instructors, each bringing their own specialty and energy to the room:
Robyn – Specializing in flow and Levels 1–4
Celina – Specializing in strength and Levels 2–6
Dawn – Specializing in flow, yoga, and Levels 1–4
With over 35 years of combined pole experience, you’ll get the guidance and encouragement you need to make the most of your practice time. We’ve got your back—literally and figuratively.
You can book into this class up to 4 hours before it starts. Booking is essential as we are limited to 10 poles.
