Flexibility meets fire in this dynamic class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and finally hit those pole-perfect splits.

We’ll flow through a powerful yoga-inspired sequence to build heat, strength, and stability—then dive deep into targeted flexibility work focused on hip openers, hamstrings, and active range for front and middle splits. Think of it as the perfect blend of strength, stretch, and intention.

Beginner-friendly and tailored for pole dancers, this class supports your movement goals whether you're working on your first baby split or polishing your jade. You’ll leave feeling longer, stronger, and more in tune with your body.

Progress takes consistency—and this class makes it feel damn good along the way.


You can book into this class up to 4 hours before it starts. Booking is essential

Cancellation and refund policy:
1. We are not able to give refunds for courses/classes purchased, this is final.

2. When booking into this class, you can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts - with less than 4 hours notice you will lose this credit.

2. Should you not be able to attend a course for medical reasons, we are able to transfer the class to a 'general credit' that can be used on other classes, or transferred to another student, at the discretion of management. 48 hours notice is required for this (48 hours before the start of the first class in the course).
