Want to level up your pole game? It starts off the pole.

This class is all about cross-training to build the strength, mobility, and endurance you need to be a stronger, safer, and more versatile pole dancer. Whether you're working on deadlifts, dynamic tricks, or flowing with control—this is the foundational work that makes it all possible.

Beginner-friendly and accessible for all levels, we focus on building the basics like core strength for inverts and grip strength for climbs—not just the flashy advanced moves.

Expect a full-body workout with a focus on core, grip, shoulders, glutes, and active flexibility. We’ll guide you through smart strength progressions, technique-focused conditioning, and functional movement patterns that support your pole goals.

Led by experienced instructors who understand exactly what pole dancers need, this class will challenge you—but your future self on the pole will thank you.


You can book into this class up to 4 hours before it starts. Booking is essential

Cancellation and refund policy:
1. We are not able to give refunds for courses/classes purchased, this is final.

2. When booking into this class, you can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts - with less than 4 hours notice you will lose this credit.

2. Should you not be able to attend a course for medical reasons, we are able to transfer the class to a 'general credit' that can be used on other classes, or transferred to another student, at the discretion of management. 48 hours notice is required for this (48 hours before the start of the first class in the course).
