Pole Dance Course

Heels & Pole Choreo (Advanced) is designed for experienced heels dancers who are ready to move with confidence, control, and depth. This level introduces more demanding choreography with faster transitions, increased physicality, and greater upper-body engagement, while continuing to prioritise flow, musicality, and embodied movement.

Students entering this level are expected to be confident with shoulder rolls forward, backward, and around-the-world, and comfortable moving fluidly on and off the pole in heels. From there, this class introduces more advanced floorwork skills, including fish flops, and explores how to transition smoothly and safely between standing and floor work at a quicker pace.

Choreography in this level is more layered and dynamic, requiring upper-body strength, core control, and coordination as we move frequently and confidently between levels. You’ll work on commitment to movement, sharper transitions, and maintaining sensuality and presence even as the choreography becomes more physically demanding.

Advanced is where technique meets expression — where you trust your body, lean into the music, and fully embody the dance. This level is about power, polish, and owning your movement with confidence and intention.
