Vinyasa Flow

This class uses mindfulness to connect mind, body and breath. Vinyasa is yoga in which you flow from one pose to another, synchronized to the pace of your own breathing. This class will increase your mobility, flexibility and strength through a variety of pose combinations, but it will also focus on more than just on your physical core strength! It will improve your body posture, relieve stress, and help you find concentration and focus.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle,  Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

All abilities welcome!
