Intro to Pole Dancing

This is where ALL STUDENTS will start if they have an interest in any type of Pole Dancing. If you are brand new start here. If you are coming from another studio or home based learning please reach out to us at [email protected] to get an evaluation on which level/class you should start in.

This 6 week course gives you a taste of the different styles available with us here at Bliss Be Fit. So we spend time learning walks, transitions, some swings, we show you lap dance routines, we talk about and demo our Heels classes, our choreo classes, our spinning pole classes and our strength classes. By the end of the 6 weeks you should feel like feel better equipped (and physically stronger) to decide if you want to go the more acrobatic/fitness based route of Pole Dance Levels 1- Advanced (Level 5 and up) AND / OR if you want to go the more dance based route of Heels Choreography, Rotating Choreo (different styles each week) or more strength & mobility based with our Rotating strength classes or PoleGa classes.

We want to show the many avenues that Pole Dancing can take you down, and then let you choose what you love to do the most.

We also include a little photo shoot in the last week of class, for those of you who want to participate.

You book for the same day and time each week for 6 weeks, if you miss a class you can do a make up session in another day and time for Intro to Pole classes. When you purchase your pass you will also get access to our online content library of strength and flexibility classes so you can train from home, PLUS 1 hour of FREE Pole Practice each week - where the studio is made available to you to train outside of class time.

Cancellation and refund policy:
1. We are not able to give refunds for courses/classes purchased, this is final.

2. Should you not be able to attend a course for medical reasons, we are able to transfer the class to a 'general credit' that can be used on other classes, or transferred to another student, at the discretion of management. 48 hours notice is required for this (48 hours before the start of the first class).

3. Should you not be able to attend a course for non-medical reasons, then we require 5 days notice (5 full days before the start of the first class) in order to issue a credit, which can then be used on any classes in studio or transferred to another student.
