Level One Pole Dancing!Start your pole dancing journey with us here! This is the perfect entry point for anyone interested in pole dancing, whether you’re brand new or have some experience from another studio or at-home learning. If you do have experience from another studio, work or learning at home, and if you’re unsure where to begin, reach out to us at
[email protected] for an evaluation to find your best starting point.
This 8-week course offers a fun and varied introduction to the different styles we teach at Bliss Be Fit. You’ll learn the basics like walks, transitions, sexy dance moves, and playful spins. We’ll also introduce you to lap dance routines, our Heels classes, sensual floor work, and Exotic Pole Dancing courses. Plus, you’ll get to experience the thrill of spinning pole!
By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have the confidence and strength to decide whether you want to pursue the more acrobatic/fitness-based path with our Leveled Pole Classes (Level 2-5, with advanced options) or explore the more dance-focused Sensual Heels and Pole Classes. Of course, you can choose to do both!
We want to showcase the many exciting possibilities that pole dancing offers, so you can discover what you love the most. As a bonus, we include a mini photo shoot in the final week for those who want to capture their progress.
You’ll attend the same day and time each week for 8 weeks. If you miss a class, don’t worry—you can make it up during another session that runs that week at the same level or you have the option to join a Pole Yoga class, or attend a Strength and Conditioning Pole class instead.
Plus, enjoy 1 hour of FREE Pole Practice each week, where the studio is open for you to train outside of class.
Please note, all class credits must be used within the 8-week course period. Missed classes cannot be made up once the course is complete.
Cancellation and refund policy:
1. We are not able to give refunds for courses/classes purchased, this is final.
2. Should you not be able to attend a course for medical reasons, we are able to transfer the class to a 'general credit' that can be used on other classes, or transferred to another student, at the discretion of management. 48 hours notice is required for this (48 hours before the start of the first class in the course).
3. Should you not be able to attend a course for non-medical reasons, then we require 5 days notice (5 full days before the start of the first class) in order to issue a credit, which can then be used on any classes in studio or transferred to another student.
