Join us for a Pole & Yoga class - utilizing aspects of both types of movement, and focusing on increasing your mobility, flexibility and joint strength for improved Pole Dancing skills. Very beneficial for all students taking Pole Dancing - but can be great for non pole dancers also.

Book as an 8 week series, or drop in to individual class if there is space. 
No experience required, just a yoga mat.
